Changing Demographics
With the number of " baby boomers" set to retire in the next decade what challenges do you forsee for the claims handling business. With all that experience retiring who will be handling the more complex claims? What about specialty lines? Is there enough training going on to educate people in the interim?

Marc, given the economic situation now, chances are that fewer boomers will retire as planned.
