How attentive are you to the estimates attached to sub documents you recieve. Other than simply worrying about paying on an ACV basis are you ascertaining whether the other party properly controlled their loss. Are you paying for ex gratia payments, supplements or items not loss related? Add value to your work product by scrutinizing and commenting on sub document validity. In New York working the aftermath of TS Irene. Never seen so many run down buildings and shabby living conditions. Graffitti and garbage dominate. Where the heck is civilization headed. Seeing the underbelly of the city. Was here in 2001 for the aftermath of 9/11 but this is an eye opener. Looking forward to getting back home.See More
