After over 35 years in the insurance business both as an employee and ultimately an owner, Heather (Rankin) Cournoyer sold her successful insurance brokerage with all intentions of retiring. She was only 52 at the time and realized that there was something more she could contribute.   Retirement wasn’t for her.  Thus, Majix Consulting (2011) Inc. was created to inspire, encourage and empower business owners and their employees to succeed.
As a business owner, one usually doesn’t have the time to research current trends, develop an understanding of human nature, how the mind works, successful communication techniques and more.  Heather is constantly monitoring trends, researching and working with her clients to provide guidance. She has combined her extensive insurance business background and experience with tools learned from ASAP Engagement.  (Advanced Solutions for Activating Passionate Engagement). In addition she has studied the work of Steven M. Covey, Greg Habstritt, Jim Collins, Brendan Burchard, John Maxwell, Robert Cialdini, Ph. D. and many other very successful leaders.
This has provided her with some powerful tools as well as a process that leads business to have higher profits and happier employees
