Closer to Government takeover of Auto product

The Ontario by-elections of this month once again indicates the possible direction of our Automobile product in this Province. Five seats up for grab and you would think that given the current governments record that all five seats would be lost. No so. The clear winners were Andrea Horwath as I have predicted many times over with two additional seats  and Premier Kathleen Wynne with 2 seats where she should have won none. Tim Hudak and the Ontario PC's won none and lost them all.  It was Doug…See More

Next Ontario Provincial Election

Are we truly ready to deal with the outcome of the next Provincial Election? Look at the options the general public has. Seven very weak potential leaders of the current Government some of which are having problems just trying to put a campaign team together. The current official opposition who's leader failed to win the last election when it should have been a cakewalk. And finally we have an articulate well spoken leader of the third party who will come across as being the most desirable. The…See More

Can you tell I have been reading my Shakespeare these days!!

One question of the guru of auto insurance (you!) Have you been able to successfully sell the extra AB stuff? If so how ?

Or are they really worth selling. We are having a hard time since none of our clients (who have faced continual  increases for many years) want to increase their costs.

Ant tips or thoughts about these benefits?

There is no one in this industry I respect more than Freddie D. One of the first people I met in the industry was Fred when he worked for the Sunallaince ( I believe) . He and I went golfing at an industry function with my dad and a guy he will remember fondly Wally  Marks!

He has a passion for this industry like no one else.He cares! Fred has made an enormous contribution through his political affiliations and his teaching. Who else could make studying the auto insurance policy fun and exciting. Keep up the good work Fred.
