Professional Summary

I became a broker in 1991 and worked in sales, service and management roles. I was twice elected as director the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO). I have maintained an active presence within the industry.

Since 2005 I have been delivering training and consulting solutions to insurance businesses across Canada. I offer process improvement and workflow training in the use of current insurance software, portals and related technology. I provide training media development and online training services.
