Barb began her recruiting career in 1984 in Washington, DC. She was the General Manager for a large mulit-branch national recruiting firm. She joined Harcourt Recruiting Specialists in 1992. In 1997, she became Vice-President of Harcourt. She holds her CPC designation.
Barb has built a rewarding career and attributes her success to her unique ability to establish long-term business relationships with each client. Her comprehensive knowledge of the Insurance and Accounting industries assists her in identifying pinnacle talent for her clients and “the right fit” for their corporate culture. Barb has been a Rotarian since 2001 and currently serves as Chair for the Sergeant of Arms Committee.
