Canadian insurance professionals please consider voicing your opinion on random breath testing. Please view article for proposed government legislation and send an email to let them know what you think. http://turnerstips.ca/random-breath-testing

Loic

Thanks for taking the time to give me some useful information. I will discuss this with my partner and see how much we can quickly implement.

It will be interesting to see if we get some immediate improvement on our hits. Your information is great - not too technical for my limited skills in this area.

I have been amending the meta description as I work on a page but am just adding a second description that now applies to that specific page. It is quite a bit of work.

I'll let you know how following your advice works out. This is kind of you, thanks again!

Hi Heather,
looks like you have a lot of content. First of all, you meta description is the same on all your pages. It should be unique for each webpages.

Also, your pages titles are not really rich in terms of keywords (ie: about page: Turners Tips: About Turner's Tips), if you are targeting phrases like insurance questions or insurance answers, then it might be valuable to have it on your page title, meta tags and in your content (only appears once, on the front page).

Then, your sitemap.xml doesn't look like it is in Google supported format. You need to update this asap.

Finally, it might be interesting to start listing your website on business directories, create profile on dmoz, yahoo!directory, joeant, explore the idea of starting a blog, giving pay-per-click a try, etc.

Best of luck

I'm very interested in SEO - I have a great website but it is not getting a lot of hits. It is high on the page, first page for insurance answers. Where are we going wrong? Site is www.turnerstips.com - please be frank as we really do want to know.
