Undbundled rating for personal auto insurance? Good or bad?

Is this realy a good thing? Statisically significant or not, if underwriters and brokers cannot explain it, is it really doing the industry more harm than good?

They are willing to cobrand advertising so what is wrong with the logo here? I have not yet seen any inflammatory statements in this group so what is there real concern here?
