Please join TIWA & Randy Carroll, CEO of The Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO) speaking on the topic "Consumer Expectations"
Randy joined IBAO in 2002 and amongst his many accomplishments and participation in a wide-array of committees, he has most recently been honoured as one of the recipients of The Queen's Jubilee Aware at the Crime Victim Foundation Board's Annual Gala.
November is also our New Members Reception where we honour TIWA's newest members prior to the dinner meeting.
