We're very excited to announce our Investigative Interviewing Workshop with investigations expert and author Gareth Jones!
This is Gareth's first open course in Toronto - not to be missed.
Any investigation intended to quantify a claim must follow a fundamental set of principles, whether it is for AB or BI.
This one-day workshop offers a structured approach to investigative interviewing using a real-life fatal motor vehicle accident as a case-study. Gareth provides standards of practice for investigations to the P&C industry, with a focus on gathering useful information as effectively and efficiently as possible. He outlines methodologies for ensuring that you obtain all the information that any relevant party has, including from reluctant and evasive witnesses.
